Aloft New York LaGuardia Airport

Recently stayed here after a long flight in prep for another day of travel and was very pleasantly surprised. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Honestly just a comfortable cocoon of a bed! Room was clean and quiet which was also a surprise being so close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious. My veggie omelet rivaled my favorite breakfast spot and service was attentive. A convenient shuttle drop at the airport topped off this stay.

Everything was great.. from the ambience, to the location and everything else. But Amanda, she was the icing on the cake… the sweetest person you ever did meet. Exceptional customer service with a smile. She is five stars and definitely front desk material (and this is coming from a former customer engagement trainer and front desk agent).

Airport shuttle was quick and easy and driver was friendly and helpful. Friendly receptionist. Food is available at the on site restaurant and at the bar. Usual choices but good and good service from the bartender. Room was clean and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom clean and Plenty of hot water. Easy checkout. Be sure to tell Uber they will not be charged just for pickup. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Aloft near LaGuardia during a solo business trip and had a great experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient for the airport, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to get around. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was surprisingly delicious. The kitchen team even worked with my dietary needs, which I really appreciated. The shuttle service was also a big plus — it ran reliably, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Even though this was a work trip, I’d absolutely stay here again with my family. The lobby has a fun vibe with video games, a pool table, and plenty of space for kids to hang out, plus a full bar for the adults. I was there during the holiday season, and the festive decorations made it feel especially inviting. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable stay and a hotel I’d happily return to.

Nice place. Their shuttle picked us up at the air port at 12:55am after the car rental place closed without warning. Great service and quick to get us to our rooms. Clean rooms and breakfast was pretty good.

Cynthia, the Front Desk girl, IS AMAZING. she was very hospitable, accommodating, and had great customer service. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean and comfortable and spacious. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is super convenient. There is also a very good Halal food truck outside of the hotel. Worth it. And reasonable pricing for this time of the year around the holiday. We most liked the late checkout option, compared to other hotels. We would definitely stay here again. But I can’t express enough how nice Cynthia was, even while working alone and was very busy.

This has to be the best hotel I've ever experienced.. rooms are great, Beds are very comfortable and the place is extremely clean.. The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice and very welcoming. The food is very, very good, it has a nice Bar and Grill, has a nice game room with video games and pool table and it also has a nice gym if you want to get your workout on. I definitely recommend staying here, I know we will be staying here from now on... Oh and they had a Fan so I could sleep..

I stay near LGA and JFK fairly often, and this Aloft location is easily my favorite. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, and the airport shuttle is reliable and prompt—something I truly appreciate when traveling. The hotel is always nicely decorated for the season, which gives it a welcoming feel, and the rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast also offers a solid variety of options, making it an easy place to start the day. Overall, a consistently comfortable and dependable stay.
